Cons
The only con is the ramp-up period. As a 1099 business owner, you definitely have to have some money to hold you over. But once you get rolling, it's smooth sailing!

I love the support we get to achieve our goals through ongoing training and development, and the constant focus on providing us with the best technology. Cons
It's hard work, but no job is easy. For some, it may be surprising that you are accountable to yourself, so it takes focus, commitment, dedication, and perseverance. Work-life balance comes from what you put into your business to achieve what you want out of it.

Good exposure to CRM management, good framework of full desk recruitment
Cons
It’s a “good ole boys club”, overly micromanaged environment, condescending methods of communication, false portrayals of wanting to help candidates in their journey- more about throwing spaghetti on the wall until something sticks.
