I love working at DeepMind because of the dedication to a unifying mission that is going to make the world a better place. Colleagues at DeepMind are kind, caring, and high-caliber. It is great working with so many people who love what they do and do it excellently. The pay and benefits are more than fair. Ultimately though, the culture and community are what keeps me at DeepMind.
Cons
Decision-making isn't always perfect due to our highly collaborative environment, but it is something that's improving. The interview process can feel a bit intense as a candidate because of the care taken with each hire.
