Pros
The money is great if you work hard. I'm not sure what the college kids think a job is coming fresh out of college, but this is not 100K guarantee. You have to WORK HARD. Your mom and dad may have given you everything before, but this is all on you. The salary projections are ACCURATE for those that work hard. All of the reviews I see saying that they were lied to about what they would make just sound lazy to me. Did you think you would be able to snap your fingers and make a decent salary? GROW UP. This company has plenty of opportunities and WE DO make the money they tell you about. I have received one email in my 4 years at this company asking me to leave a review. ONE IN FOUR YEARS. I'm not sure what emails people are referring to about management asking us to leave good ones. Also another huge pro to this job is that if you do it correctly, you are allowed to work from home. What job just says sure work from home as long as you still meet expectations? So I can work from home and still make $150K a year. Yes this is very true. We also have a Women's Professional Development Council that Robyn Jones RUNS. So saying she doesn't have any say in the company is ridiculous. She is an amazing woman and always looks out for all of us. I don't know of any other companies that have a whole development program for women? Talk about AMAZING! No one asked me to write this, I am just tired of reading the same lies every time someone quits. Also, ADHD is a real mental illness and people should no be shamed for having to take medication. Frankly, it's no one's business. Also, discriminating against employees because they are Aggies is just stupid. These comments prove people are just REACHING for things to complain about because they were too lazy to work here. WHOOP!
Cons
It is hard work in the beginning. A lot of needy people, but it's sales. Try not to start a family until after your business is established. You focus needs to be on building your brand for a god two years.
