Pros
Goosehead is a place not for the lazy or faint of heart. You MUST have grit. You must like to truly enjoy working towards daily, weekly, monthly, and annual goals. These will not be easy goals. They will push you out of your comfort zone and you will tap into talents and strengths that you did not know before. There will be long days and even longer nights but if you are someone who likes to produce results and see your hard work pay off then you will love GH. If you want to get into leadership there is a fast path to that as well but with expectations of demonstrating you can do the job first before landing the title. If you are after a title in general this will not work out for you in the end. You have to have an open heart, open mind, and open to hard work every single day and you will be contributing to a real success story of changing an industry, changing lives, gain financial freedom, and you will make some of the best relationships you will never have in your entire life. When you put a bunch of strong willed, intelligent, hardworking individuals together, magic happens. You will need to be a thought leader, have a confident voice, and an overall leaders mentality to be truly successful in any department at GH. There is room to make a difference in others lives, have your opinions heard and implemented and get paid well in the process. You will not ever be able to replicate or experience the culture. Hands down even when others have not liked the day to day tasks they LOVE our environment. Everyone wants to help everyone however they can. You will make some of the best friends you will ever have in your life. We hire supportive, like minded individuals that have big hearts and even bigger dreams!
Cons
Depending on your outlook on life I think the only thing that can spin you into a negative outlook is our fast growth. I see it as great job security! We are consistently hiring, promoting, and growing our people. If you have the right attitude and perception this will not deter you. If you like a challenge ALWAYS, never like to be bored, and like to problem solve then this is the place for you! I was able to buy my first home this year and that is absolutely because of hard work that has paid off over the years. We are growing super duper fast... can you keep up? If so, then jump on board it is the best ride you'll ever take!
