Pros
I joined this company straight out of college and have been here for multiple years. I cannot begin to tell you how happy I have been with my career at Goosehead! I seriously recommend this company to all my friends (which is a bit of a risk) and many of them have great careers here now. No matter what role you are in, Goosehead leadership finds ways to highlight your strengths and play to them. The leaders of this organization work harder than anyone else to make sure everyone on their team is successful - It's true servant leadership put into practice. If you are a high achiever who wants to be a critical part of a growing organization doing great things - this is the place for you. Yes it takes a TON of hard work, but at no point in my career did I think it wasn't worth it.
Cons
Goosehead is a very fast growing company, so there will always be growing pains and things that we learn from. Honestly, the only negative talk I see (about TWG or Goosehead) ever is from former disgruntled employees (which is honestly rare here) who just aren't happy people in general.
