Great environment and love the people I work with. Enjoy the atmosphere and the challenges of a fast growing company. We have done yearly Company meetings in various places that the company really goes all out for there employees. Lots of lunches and fun stuff for employees. Management listens to your opinions and advice and you do have a voice. My length of employment is 2 yrs and 7 months.
Cons
At any company that has grown dramatically in a short period of time there will be some growing pains and changes, but if you understand that going into the job, it's all a mindset. I see some negative reviews which seem to all come from IT previous personnel and it's unfortunate the feedback, but with any fast growing company sometimes changes have to be made in certain areas. We have had challenges in compensation due to significant growth, and having to adjust financially that growth in the Sales teams, but they have worked to get all the kinks out.
