Pros

Company promotes education and advancement. Best employer I have worked for in many years aside from when I was the owner of my own business. Management is great, take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. I came from the government side as well as the entrepreneurial side and I like the culture and the focus on growing the business.

Cons

Have not seen a down side as of now. I have worked for the for just under a year and have found that the majority of the people left due to the change in management.

Pros

Quality work culture, with a very diverse group of employees. Once acclimated, you work independently, managing small to medium-sized projects across the 5 Boros of NYC and will report to Senior Management.

Cons

The client does not have the right people in the right positions, making them very difficult to manage.
