Pros

Greenville location is nice, as well as the free soda cafe

Cons

It is a good company, however lacking direction. Rather than catering to customers, has been too focused on the parent company which has limited experience as a data company. The limited customer list restricts commissions. Also saw a colleague let go with no notice, so not a good culture either. Didn't seem much different than other insurance companies in town, a pound-the -dial culture. Not for me or others, high turnover.

Quality work culture, with a very diverse group of employees. Once acclimated, you work independently, managing small to medium-sized projects across the 5 Boros of NYC and will report to Senior Management.

Cons

The client does not have the right people in the right positions, making them very difficult to manage.
