      the Pay is good but not worth the challenges.

      Cons

      bad leadership, overnight schedule, have to be out of town 1 night a week mandatory could be 2 nights a week but they wont tell you this. Toxic work environment. Very demanding. Customer is always right and employee’s are always wrong.
