Pros
They find many ways to reward employees. They are family owned and their family values show through to the employees. They support the community and encourage involvement in the community and serving others.
Cons
Not as modern as they should be though I believe they are making great investments in technology and processes to get where they should be. It is a competitive business and their pay seems to be a little behind market.
