Pros
Co-workers were Awesome Managers were cool and helpful most of the time
Cons
Too much focus on customer service. You are expected to approach every customer you see and answer the phone to deal with customers and you were not trained to handle phone calls! Poor training, watch vhs tapes and then thrown out there to start working pretty much no training at all! How can we expect to answer the phone to help customers with their special orders if we were never trained to do it??
