Pros
Not much to say here that isnt offered else where... huge 10% off employee purchases, Medical for full timers. Some things you dont get elsewhere is; you get to work with bags of meat leaking blood and spoilded greens. Also Fun videos to train you.
Cons
Required District activites people really dont want to do, ask them to be honest and they may even tell you. Required out of store get togethers at Christmas time. Full Timers have to work a scheduled 50 hours a week. GM smoked out front of the store and in backroom door area, not fun for non smokers.
