The senior leaders of the company are part of the good ole' boys club. They have takin a once great company and turned it into a Sysco. The leaders lie to your face and try to make you pull double duty especially if you are promoted. They cloak their negative agenda's by using "culture" as a cover for the changes. Lots of good employees but poor senior managers. Top senior managers have surrounded themselves with their trusted drunkin' cronies and promoted them to various senior manager positions.
