      Health benefits are inexpensive and 401K is good.

      Cons

      As a Store Manager you are on call 24/7, and you get called a lot! Raises are awful. Appreciation is not given. If you are not related to someone in Grand Rapids, you will not move up unless you pretend to be someone you're not.
