      Pros

      Relatively sure the CEO won't run away with all our cash, and leave us high and dry.

      Cons

      Shortsighted and reactionary upper management decisions. The Marketplace division is headed by a team of leaders that fundamentally doesn't understand the animal it is. Serious lack of education and applied experience at the senior management levels.
