Pros

Great first job for high school or college students. Management was trained well and I had flexibility with scheduling my hours.

Cons

None for my position, I was only part time. If you're not a manager you are either a stocker or a cashier. There isn't a lot of promotion potential in the Marketplace division unless you would like to get to manager someday.
