Staff is overworked and raises are far and in between. GFS continues to put more load on employees yet refuses to add staff. They continue to tell employees to look for ways to save money even though staff has done everything they can. Used to be very family values based however now it seems to be nothing more then a sign on the wall. Staff has to purposely let things fall apart in order to get the CIO's attention. GFS has a bonus program however the objective that are set around making the bonus are unrealistic and not achievable.
