Cornerstone values and culture lost at the divisional level. Middle management are a bunch of "yes men" that don't support the people that report to them. Long hours, week nights and Sunday work. More concerned about expense management and head count than sales building. Individual departments are more concerned with personal success than the success of the entire team. Most of the strong leaders have left the company and have been replaced by puppets.
