Pros
All employees can take part of the company health insurance plan. They can also invest in their 401k even if they are not full time and not a manager. Twice a week you get to try their free samples and sometimes can even get a meal out of it. The schedule is flexible and it's doable with going full time to school. The food is actually really good. A lot of places claim to have good food but GFS does have restaurant quality food. 10% discount on all in the store.
Cons
No breaks and work with a lot of 16-20 year olds. Raises are not given based on time employed and the pay will be minimum for non management. They expect you to have over the top customer service. You will load the bags into the customer's cart for them as a cashier. The stock is bulk items that weigh quite a bit. This is not for someone that cannot lift more than 20 lbs.
