Very poor training, my gm had me doing stock work during the training hours I should of been learning things on my phase one test. Double stranded on the "required" Asst. MGR 50 hours a week schedule, some can take long lunch breaks and leave early while others get micro managed to no end. On top of the terrible schedule they expect you to do bank runs on your time off the clock. Oh and when the old freezer alarms go off at 2 AM you have to do that on "your time" as well. Also be ready to be written up for things you were not properly trained on. Field trainers (out of store) need to hold the GM responsible for poor training.
