Pros
Profit sharing Flowers at the entrance of office
Cons
The company advertises itself as having core values. That it's scared of losing them through growth. GFS asks its employees to essentially follow them. "We are family" ect ect. I constantly see amazing people who live by said "values" removed from their position. People with 10 plus years tenure. People Who have built the company and advocated. The company portrays itself as having world class benefits but in reality they are average. Even within the industry. The culture has become toxic. People either try to "out GFS" each other due to cult like behavior or people are there for a paycheck. The company portrays itself as a savior of communities by "giving back". This is obviously heavily advertised at every opportunity, while other companies go about this quietly. They proclaim a diverse workplace, a workplace that is open and ready for diversity. Not so much..... It's an obnoxious, cult like / toxic place to work with fake values that mean nothing. Avoid at all costs.
