Too much micromanagement from the staff on site. Lack of communication. Once a guy was able to get a week off by asking each supervisor for a single day off. That's how bad they communicate with each other. The foreign employees there don't speak french nor english for the most part, and never bothered to learn either since their 3-5 years they've been there so it creates a lots of problems from the lack of cooperation from them. Not enough equipment or the equipment is always broken.
