      Pros

      I am very fortunate to have managers make my job very easy: Helping enforce work/life boundaries; offer monthly meetings for me to bring up any concerns; provides regular feedback in a constructive manner; helps find solutions and is flexible around vacation time.

      Cons

      I wish there was a higher base pay... But who doesn't!

      Decent pay. Has great benefits that start immediately.

      Cons

      Old boy sense of management. If they didn't like you, you were gone. While others got away with murder.Plus no room for growth.
