Pros

The people and culture are great. I appreciate that when you reach out for help from peers everyone is happy to chip in. The technology is exciting to work on and the product is easy to find customers for.

Cons

They are currently transitioning from a startup to a midsize company. This can be a little awkward as process that worked for 5 people don't translate to 50. They're making an effort on these things but it can be challenging.
