      Pros

      Station leadership is little more than tolerable.

      Cons

      A once proud and positive culture of GMG no longer exists. The corporate culture at GMG has become toxic under new corporate leadership. Station leadership has no independence or decision-making abilities under current corporate leadership. If you're considering a position at GMG, I'd strongly urge you to stay away.

      Pros

      Good people that are smart and work hard toward the same mission. Everyone knows everyone and you feel like you are part of a family. Lot's of solutions to sell clients and help them grow their business.

      Cons

      The job is demanding with multiple people pulling you in different directions so you must be able to prioritize, multi task and work long hours when needed.
