Plant Seniority Means Zero - Machine Operator Graham Packaging Employee Review

Let employees go that has been with the plant for 20 years or more and kept some who have only worked at the plant a few years. Hired people after the lay off and did not bring back the ones they let go. Too much favoritism and don't follow hand book. Supervisors will stab you in the back and throw you under the bus in a heartbeat. Low moral and the employees are spineless gutless. Insurance high and not worth the cost. If business don't get better by March, turn the lights out. Running 1 bottle line 3 days a week not going save this plant.
