Pros
- Pay was good - Flexible work from home depending on position and department - Seems to have had a solid culture at one point
Cons
- Management doesn't seem to have a plan, a lot of moving targets with no clear direction - They don't efficiently use the technology they do have and the result expectations are that of having better tools to use - A lot of burned out people that when frustrated would play the blame game between departments - At times there seemed to be power struggles within departments and the company
