After the OI purchase the company went through a dramatic culture change - putting many of the OI leadership in control. The diversity of product innovation slowly diminished and commodity mindset to its place. All of the senior management that took Graham to new and rewarding heights are now all gone leaving old school OI leadership and non creative thinkers to lead this company. I empathize with the plant folks that have been there form the start and now have to work for such a leadership. Just remember you are the reason Graham became a leader in innovation and became the greatest company to work for at one time, they can never take that away form you.
