Pros

Biggest pro is it's a paycheck and you get to leave at the end of the day

Cons

Imagine working for a company where the manager is never fired and there is no one to correct their actions. HR will do nothing but notify your manager so they can start paperwork to fire that person. Manager meetings with directors are only about numbers and never about the happiness or the content of the employees. Managers can get rid of anybody at any time for eating made up reason. Extremely toxic lots of work employees and woke female managers if you're over the age of 30 you won't be there for long. There will never be any employee appreciation, such as holiday lunches birthday notification at the employees been there for 5 years so what. Was very disappointed for a company that has so much potential to resonate with the fact that the only work that reason to ever work for GCE, is if you have a massive amount of self hatred.

Cons

I have truly wrestled with what to write in this review, as I do believe there have been good aspects of the role over the past 4 years. However, I think prospective employees deserve a clear understanding of the role that is not included in the job description. This is a quota-based role. As a UDR, you are responsible for monthly metrics that must be met. It is a strictly sales job, and those coming from a previous higher education background will soon be shocked. To truly thrive in this role, a sales background is needed and the ability to work 50-plus hours a week. If you do not meet your student enrollments, you will be placed on an improvement plan. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting with continuous pressure to be more and do more, this is the role for you.
