Pros
GCU provides great benefits including discounted tuition, plenty of paid holidays, and time off.
Cons
The job itself is cold calling sales. This is absolutely not how the position is advertised or discussed in the interviews. You are given a goal of x amount of new students to enroll each month. If you do not meet this goal (which is extremely likely) you are placed on probation and eventually fired. I was lucky enough to leave on my own terms, but during the end of my employment there and still today there is an outrageous amount of turnover. Beware false advertisement for this position. You will be calling the same, uninterested people every day for months. If that sounds appealing to you and you find the constant fear of being fired motivating, this may be the job for you.
