* Upper management is beyond unethical and extremely hostile towards employees * Team calls with management consists of yelling, screaming, cursing, degrading employees, and constantly threatening to fire you and hire someone else for less pay * No opportunities for growth * Low morale amongst employees due to the harsh and unfair conditions * No clear job expectations ; expectations change daily with little expanation as to set everyone up for failure * No respect or appreciation for the hard work and accomplishments you bring to the comapany * Overworked 15+ hours a day * Focus is on getting the numbers for the company not on students or employees
