We take the health of our culture and workplace environment, seriously. We actively encourage employees to communicate with their manager or our Human Resources Service Center, if there are circumstances that effect work/life balance or a positive work environment. Although we understand an Enrollment position at Grand Canyon Education may not be for everyone, we want our employees to be successful in their role and actively look for ways we can support them in this endeavor.
