There is a lot of discrimination going on in this place. Different religions are bashed daily by workers , older workers are treated terribly, female workers are not treated the same as men unless you are part of the "in group". Good leads are given to supervisors favorites. When you have a 1:1 with supervisors it is done on the floor and is often very critical in front of peers. Threats of firing is a commonly used practice to push people to work overtime to meet numbers. I have watched entire teams turn on teammates and completely isolate them Gossip is rampant and the work atmosphere is horrific.
