Pros

Great benefits, work from home and flex opportunities if you do your job well.

Cons

Peoria > Tempe. Be very careful where your job is posted. Any employee will tell you there is a significant difference in morale between these locations. I worked at both. Tempe is micromanaged to the extreme with poor employee morale. Even HR is a nightmare, completely unprofessional and uneducated shockingly enough. The UOP fallout that is upper management is more interested in motivation through intimidation than inspiration. If you do have to work in Tempe, focus on having good conversations and the friendships you develop. Ignore management my and their negativity entirely.
