Pros

None come to my mind.

Cons

Rotations are never on time. The pay wasn't great, confusing,and never added up to what I was supposed to make. None of the other employees I met had anything positive to say about the company which made it uncomfortable. The ships are old,outdated, living areas weren't that clean.

Crew change happens frequently and usually on time. You'll get your day rate and that's it. ABs this season make 347 per day

Cons

Pay structure feels shifty at best, old boats too
