Horrible pay, unhelpful staff, bad patient staff ratio - Patient Care Assistant Grandview Medical Center Employee Review

Pt ratios are horrible, all new nurses, bad management the pay scale is the worst in Alabama. You can tell that most of the staff there doesn't care about their patients and the managers don't care to much about their staff. They don't push you to get more education and there are no disciplinary actions for people who do bad patient care, even when reported multiple times. Honestly just feels like they want just a warm body there.
