Pros
Good network, training is efficient, employee portal is very convenient, great people to work with, great work environment, decent benefits package, quarterly town halls, opportunity for advancement, tuition reiumbursment, affordable food in cafeteria, payroll deduction (be careful), efficient patient charting system (Epic), employee assistance programs, fair wage increases.
Cons
Faith based network, disrespectful nursing staff, political leadership, incompetent credit union, high deductible health benefits, some lack of communication between management, policies, and departments, some doctors get impatient with lower employees, unrealistic expectations, some micro managing, not always willing to honor school schedules.
