The combination of constantly being understaffed and the FACT that nursing assistants are paid $9-$10 per hour is one of the main reasons this place will fail in a few years. All of the UAB nurses LAUGH AT YOU for working there because they know Grandview sucks for multiple reasons. If you want a miserable life, by all means work at Grandview. You will be extremely overworked due to poor management. Being a nursing assistant is already degrading and miserable, but this place makes my job 10x worse.
