Pros
From an ICU standpoint staffing is high which keeps the patient ratio at the standard 2:1, sometimes 3 patients at the most. staff works well together to help with all task.
Cons
Upon opening the facility, growth was not accounted for which led to severe under staffing, however after the lull it appears to be getting better and staffing has increased which helps to improve moral and keep it high.
