CHS takes away incentive instead of adding it- even for doing extra work, they remove any motivation to do so. They decrease total hours of paid time off that you are able to earn. The yearly raises are less than 1$ and the base pay to start at this hospital is less than other hospitals in the area. They also do not value employees who have worked for their company for a long time- in order to ask for fair pay, you have to go and get an offer from another job and ask tj be matched .
