Management is terrible. Upper management does not care. There is favoritism everywhere in the hospital. If you aren’t a favorite be prepared to get abused and bullied every single shift. You will have a workload almost impossible to complete and don’t expect any help. Especially from management. You will run all day long and then run some more. They only care about numbers here.
