Pros

NONE. You will be treated like an animal and will NOT make any money. VERY high turnover rate.

Cons

Terrible pay, benefits and vacation time. Incompetent management. Company is run like a prison. Employees are constantly threatened with termination if they speak up about anything that CEO, Rob Hale doesn't like. There are 10 people (all senior level managers) who make $500K+. All other sales people make less then $75K. That's because all the HUGE accounts have been with Granite for 10 years. and owned by those 10 folks....YOU WILL NOT MAKE MONEY HERE. If management tells you that you can make $200K, it is a LIE...Rob Hale the CEO is a TOTAL PHONY. Granite forces their employees to volunteer their time and donate money to charities that help Granite's image. Rob is a billionaire, but acts like he is just a "working man." Drives a beat up Ford Explorer to work, yet lives in a gated $10M house.

Pros

This position is a great opportunity for career growth, continuous learning, and advancement. The Access Team specifically is collaborative, supportive, and highly skilled, creating a positive environment where employees can feel learn, contribute, and succeed. While I may not see this as a long-term position for myself, it offers great opportunities to build experience, develop new skills, and create a strong foundation for future career growth.

Cons

Initially, the workload was manageable and aligned with the team's capacity. However, over time, the volume of work has increased significantly, making it challenging for our current understaffed team to sustain effectively. PLEASE HIRE MORE ACCESS REPS
