      Good for getting your foot in the door. Co-workers are very nice.

      Cons

      Not much acknowledgement of expertise. I have seen engineers get moved to the call center to fill open positions.

      Pros

      This position is a great opportunity for career growth, continuous learning, and advancement. The Access Team specifically is collaborative, supportive, and highly skilled, creating a positive environment where employees can feel learn, contribute, and succeed. While I may not see this as a long-term position for myself, it offers great opportunities to build experience, develop new skills, and create a strong foundation for future career growth.

      Cons

      Initially, the workload was manageable and aligned with the team's capacity. However, over time, the volume of work has increased significantly, making it challenging for our current understaffed team to sustain effectively. PLEASE HIRE MORE ACCESS REPS
