Pros

The direct managers of the department will do their best to accommodate your situation and assist you where needed Flexible work schedule Coworkers are friendly and helpful Great onboarding experience and they are generally good at teaching everything you need to know to get started

Cons

Decisions made by higher ups have had huge negative impacts on multiple departments and they don't listen to the workers in those departments unless there's big pushback from the managers and customers as well The workload Too much focus on how many tasks are completed rather than the quality of the work so many issues continue to come back around after not being handled properly the first, second, or third times Low retention No regular raises. Raises only occur if you're promoted and there's only a few levels within the department that you can be promoted to Lack of cooperation and communication between departments often leads to delays and enmity between teams

Pros

No pros what so ever.

Cons

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.
