Pros

Student loan refinancing, easy first job experience, gym benefit, 401k benefit.

Cons

Outside of management, while company is underpaid. Management is old school and rules by fear, sets unattainable goals. They will overwork you and throw you out like last years garbage when you get in a rough patch. Employees are underpaid while CEO has private jet, several homes, is a billionaire, and talks about how he is handing out “generation changing wealth” but maybe 20 people in the whole company (all sales directors) are really seeing that kind of money. Only people who stick around long enough here are ones who thrive in toxic environments, this place is like meth for your mental health. Forced entry level sales to come into office throughout entire pandemic, enforced by managers who were working from home. The lack of self awareness is astounding. No regard for your well being. Family owned business that treats you like family. A very toxic family.

Pros

No pros what so ever.

Cons

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.
