Outside of management, while company is underpaid. Management is old school and rules by fear, sets unattainable goals. They will overwork you and throw you out like last years garbage when you get in a rough patch.
Employees are underpaid while CEO has private jet, several homes, is a billionaire, and talks about how he is handing out “generation changing wealth” but maybe 20 people in the whole company (all sales directors) are really seeing that kind of money.
Only people who stick around long enough here are ones who thrive in toxic environments, this place is like meth for your mental health. Forced entry level sales to come into office throughout entire pandemic, enforced by managers who were working from home. The lack of self awareness is astounding. No regard for your well being.
Family owned business that treats you like family. A very toxic family.
