-Low pay. Upper management is INCREDIBLY reluctant to listen to their employees when they say they are not being paid enough (compared to other companies in Boston). In the long run, they end up wasting time and money contantly training new employees. By the time you know what you’re doing you leave because you aren’t making enough.
-Get in, get experience, get out. There isn’t enough opportunity to look forward to in terms of growing your career at Granite in the long run.
-There is a lot of animosity between departments. As a “sales focused” company, theres an overall lack of respect and very little comradery between sales/Premiers.
-Work from home policy is very rigid. Everyone is forced to come in 4 days a week with very little explanation as to why— regardless of surges in COVID.
-There are legitimate fake reviews of Granite online written by employees pretending to be customers. Do better.
