      Easy to get hired, large company

      Cons

      Terrible pay. Owner is getting filthy rich why employees are treated more like students at a high school. Whole company has same lunch break, below average PTO policy and did I mention the pay is bad. There are much better companies to work for

      Pros

      This position is a great opportunity for career growth, continuous learning, and advancement. The Access Team specifically is collaborative, supportive, and highly skilled, creating a positive environment where employees can feel learn, contribute, and succeed. While I may not see this as a long-term position for myself, it offers great opportunities to build experience, develop new skills, and create a strong foundation for future career growth.

      Cons

      Initially, the workload was manageable and aligned with the team's capacity. However, over time, the volume of work has increased significantly, making it challenging for our current understaffed team to sustain effectively. PLEASE HIRE MORE ACCESS REPS
