The work culture is a joke: 'every man for himself' is how I would sum it up. If something goes wrong, management wouldn't mind using you as a scapegoat and give out a warning - even if its out of your control. Provided training is insufficient and unstructured, terrible communication, and toxic micromanaging within the work setting. This is not the place where you'll find yourself feeling supported, growing professionally and compensated fairly for your hard work. Promotions are usually very delayed or put off when it's brought up. The workload is always there and can be a lot, so you end up feeling mentally burnt out by the end of each day. Then waking up the next morning to rinse, dread, stress, repeat. It's not a healthy workplace environment. On top of being very very underpaid, let me just tell you: this place is not worth the eventual impact to your long term health.
P.S. I still get PTSD from this place.
