Pros

there is none. unless you absolutely desperate , avoid this place at all cost.

Cons

This company will take advantage and overwork you every opportunity it gets. Raises and promotion are far and in between no matter how hard you work. Nothing but empty promises. Training is severely lacking. Its mostly trial by fire. They will monitor you every minute of the day to make sure you can answer the 1000 calls they get in daily. You wont get the time to properly do anything or learn. But as long as you answer the calls, thats all they care about. Its all numbers to them so they long can they report good numbers to upper management. They don't care what happens to you or whether you burnt out or even dying. They will just dump all issues on you so they don't have to deal with it. This company is an absolutely joke. Most of their customers are force to work with them not because they want to since they have a stranglehold on all the malls in this country. Pretty much 90% of the customers calling in or emailing in are aggressive and will attack you on each step of the way. Then most of stuff you have to get the engineers on to help as they the only one with access to certain config changes but they are self-centered, condescending and horrible to work with. Likely being stressed and overworked themselves. On top of that, theres the condescending management team that just like to dump work on you without a thought of how stress you are or what you currently dealing with. As long its off their plate, they don't care. Theres no hope for this company unless they change the entire procedure and culture from the top to bottom. Theres a reason its a constant revolving door of employees. Most people don't last a year. If you want to learn and grow professionally or be treated like an actual human being, look elsewhere. Unless you a masochist, stay clear from this company.

Pros

No pros what so ever.

Cons

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.
