Pros
1. Good projects 2. Good compensation 2. Fantastic office, probably best in Noida 3. Fantastic and awesome Internal support group like HR, Finance and admin 4.Very knowledgable and technically sound colleagues 5. One can learn a lot about requirements and design besides coding. 5.No bureaucracy
Cons
1. Often it becomes tough to have worklife balance due to projects commitments. 2. In some people who are technically very smart, there are lot of ego and unneccessary aggression.
